Seth Mansfield, attorney at Becker & Hebert, and paralegal, Jenna Daigle, recently assisted their clients, The Basin Group, LLC, and Basin Housing Ventures, LLC, in closing on an 83-acre real estate development in the Permian Basin (West Texas).  This massive real estate development was specifically designed by their clients to meet the needs of Equipment Transport, LLC, a subsidiary of Pilot/Flying J.

Becker & Hebert’s representation in this matter included corporate formations and structuring; preparation, negotiation, and assistance in execution of a land lease, shop lease, and housing lease; and review of and counsel regarding additional related documents, including the construction documents for the on-site shop.
