About Brandon Rhodes
Brandon was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was raised in Houma, Louisiana and obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Louisiana, Lafayette and a J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law. Following graduation, he moved to Florida and served as a law clerk to the Judges of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He then went on to serve as a criminal prosecutor, working as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville. He then became a member of the Georgia State Bar and worked at a large litigation firm in Atlanta, specializing in product liability, premises liability, entertainment, and complex litigation. In 2010, Brandon returned home and became a member of the Louisiana State Bar. Prior to joining Becker & Hebert in 2021, he practiced health care law at The Gachassin Law Firm in Lafayette.
Mr. Rhodes is admitted to practice in multiple State and Federal Courts in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana including but not limited to, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, and the appellate courts of each state. Over the course of his career, he has tried about four dozen cases to juries in State and Federal Court.
Brandon is married to Aimee Barber Rhodes. He has two children: Victoria and Max. Victoria is a graduate of the University of North Georgia and Max is currently a college student. As an alumnus, he is a fan of the UL Ragin Cajuns and RCAF member. He is also an avid scuba diver.
